Refund and Ticket Transfer Policy

Tickets may be canceled for a full refund through September 26, 2026.

Beginning September 27, 2026, all ticket sales are final and nonrefundable because jewelry supplies, refreshments, and other event preparations will have already been secured.

If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by contacting us before the event. Refunds and credits will not be issued for no-shows.

If the event is canceled by the organizers, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

FAQ:
1. Can I make more than one pair of earrings?
Absolutely! You can select a ticket for 1, 2, or 3 pairs when booking. All pairs must be made by the same guest, and tickets/packages cannot be shared among multiple people. If your friend wants to create their own earrings, they’ll need their own ticket.

2. What if I need to reschedule?
Appointments are nonrefundable, but can be rescheduled up to 3 times with at least 12 hours’ notice.

3. Is everything hypoallergenic?
Absolutely! All jewelry is made with hypoallergenic, gold-plated findings—safe for sensitive ears.

4. Is the studio accessible?
Yes! First floor, no stairs, and wheelchair accessible.
